The Project the CIVILIZATION together with Russian New University (RosNOU) have lead next, XX International conference on problems of a civilization which passed in premises RosNOU. In Conference Grand Prince of the Sovereign August House of Rurikovich Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev Grand Kubensky with the report « Byzantium origin of Russ and Rurikovich’s » has accepted participations.
