Today the second session of Arbitration court of Moscow on business № А40-50010/10-109-382 about recognition of the right of term less using the Moscow Kremlin behind Fund of Princes with consideration of an affair in essence from 13-30 till has taken place. Grechishkinu the Petition about requirement proofs in which has demanded from Respondents to give the following documents, the citation: « On the basis of stated and according to an item 66 agrarian and industrial complexes of the Russian Federation, I ASK:
1. To obtain on demand from TBTI CAO Moscow the certified copies of characteristics sheets or the information concerning presence of cadastral number at buildings and constructions of the Moscow Kremlin;
2. To obtain on demand from Management of Rosnedvizhimost on the city of Moscow the certified copy of the cadastral passport or the information concerning presence of cadastral number at the ground area of the Moscow Kremlin » Respondents have acted with brief explanations of impossibility of satisfaction of the Petition of Fund of Princes and have asked the judge to stop business, referring on a veil of privacy. The claimant has noticed what not all objects of the Moscow Kremlin are confidential objects. If part of objects is confidential, it is enough to us to receive cadastral number of a building or a construction. With the brief reference on court Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev Grand Kubensky Rurikovich has acted. Having studied reasons of the parties, Judge A.A. Grechishkin has declared a break in session and has left for removal of Definition of court concerning the Petition of the Claimant. In fifteen minutes Judge A.A. Grechishkin has announced Definition of court in which has completely supported the requirement of the Claimant and in the rigid form has demanded from Respondents of granting of the required documentation within one month. Then it has appointed final session of court with consideration of an affair in essence for removal of the verdict to October 18, 2010 at 13-30 o'clock. Fund of Princes expresses the satisfaction judicial session, wisdom and courage of Judge A.A. Grechishkin who have accepted uneasy decisions for him. Judge A.A. Grechishkin has proved to be as the true patriot of Russia and Sacred Russ. After session of court correspondents of TV have organized shooting in hall Arbitration court of Moscow. They expected interview from representatives of respondents. However respondents have asked the judge and judicial police officers to take advantage of a service output through a room of sessions of court and secretly, in a panic have left a building.
