There was the major historical event in a political life of Russia – Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich on March 29, 2011 has been based. It has been founded by lineal descendants of Rurik on General meeting of the political organization of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich. The decision of General meeting Rurikovich has been confirmed with Decrees of Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev Grand Kubensky. Published is 07.04.2011. On General meeting of founders of the political organization of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich (further – the House) questions of creation of the House on March 29, 2011 were considered: affirmed structure of the House; a site of the House and the address of storage of his documents; there was an election of an individual agency of the House – Grand Prince of All Russia, members of Princely Advice of the House, Chairman of Princely Advice of the House and the Head of Office of the House. On all items on the agenda voting has passed unanimously pro. Grand Prince of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich had been for life elected Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev Grand Kubensky Rurikovich. By the Head of Office of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich are Lightness Prince Jury Leonidovich Novikov Glinsky is for life elected. Confirming the Decision of General meeting of founders of the political organization of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich on March 29, 2011 Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev has accepted Decrees № 8 and № 9. THE DECREE
GRAND PRINCE OF ALL RUSSIA About creation in Russia
Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich Will by God and my command, with the purpose of development of idea of monarchic statehood of Russia, in the name of the world and prosperity of Russia, being established on the Decision of the Constituent assembly of Russian descendants of Rurikovich from March 29, 2011:
1. I declare creation (formation) in Russia Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich.
2. Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich is formed in structure of bodies, the organizations and the establishments working on the basis of the Positions or Statutes, switching:
2.1. A Princely Cathedral of All Russia – Assembly of Princes – the maximum joint legislature of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich.
2.2. Agencies:
Grand Prince of All Russia – the Highest Chief executive of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich;
Advice of Princes of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich – a joint consultative agency of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich;
Office of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich – the Operative agency of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich;
Heraldic Chamber of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich – an agency on conducting Genealogical books of the Russian Nobility, Stamp Books of the Russian Nobility, and also historical, archival, and genealogic work on questions of a monarchy and nobility;
Fund of Assistance to the National and Religious Consent of Princes – an agency on management of property of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich.
2.3. Judicial bodies:
The appellate court of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich including:
Nobility Heraldic Court is Body on consideration of disputes on questions of family trees and the arms of the Russian Nobility;
The Nobility Arbitration court is Body on consideration of disputes on economic and other questions of the Russian Nobility.
2.4. Establishments:
An award of Grand Prince Rurik the First Founder is the Maximum public and Monarchic award of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich;
An award of St. Grand Prince Jaroslav Mudry is the High public and Monarchic award of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich;
An award of St. Grand Prince Theodore of Smolensk is the High public and Monarchic award of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich;
An award of St. Great Princess Olga is the Maximum public and Monarchic award of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich, for grades and persons of a female.

THE DECREE
GRAND PRINCE OF ALL RUSSIA
About questions of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich Will by God and my command, with the purpose of development of idea of monarchic statehood of Russia, in the name of the world and prosperity of Russia, in the performance of the Decree of Grand Prince of All Russia from March 29, 2011 № 8:
1. To charge Prince Jury Leonidovich Novikov Glinsky to start formation of bodies, the organizations and establishments of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich in Russia. To present on the highest statement of Position and Statutes about bodies, the organizations and establishments of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich, and also on the coordination and the highest statement of a nominee of heads of bodies, the organizations and establishments of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich till July 29, 2011.
2. For purpose of grades of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich to restore action Tables of Ranks as working till 1917.
3. To appoint Prince Jury Leonidovich Novikov Glinsky to post of the Head Office of Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich, with assignment of a grade the Ober–Chamberlain of the Grand Princely August House of Rurikovich and title Lightness for a life.
4. The decree inures from the moment of signing.
